COMBATING DRYNESS FOR A MOISTURIZED LOOK
Cracked. Flaky. Inflamed....and worst yet, eczema! Who wouldn't be worried about having dry skin?
For some of us who live in different hotter climate conditions, this is one of the more serious skin problems that can be experienced by all. Why the fuss?
Because it makes skin flaky and scaly, and in some occasions, itchy.
One can avoid this though, by having regular routines and remedies to lock moist in your most precious cover—the skin.
First, let us understand why skin dries up.
Causes of Dry Skin
Skin becomes dry, either because it lacks oil or water, or because it has too much. Yes, you read that right...
Too much or too little oil or moist in your skin can cause drying.
In most cases, this happens when one is exposed to dry conditions usually during summer, or in cold conditions, when air lacks moist.
In some cases though, drying of skin is caused by other health factors.
For instance, when someone has kidney failure, the sweat glands and oil glands are affected and secretion of the needed fluids in the body is suppressed.
Whatever the reason is, your dry skin is an indicator that something in your body needs attention and you have to do something about it.
